Ocean Points™ must be redeemed for funds by the member. Funds will then be placed on the Ocean Rewards® Member Card. Use your Member Card to pay for goods and services at participating brands. The Ocean Rewards® Member Card may be used only for eligible goods and services at or through 1) Operate under these Carnival Corporation Brands: Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Cunard, and Seabourn; or 2) Ocean Rewards®. This Member Card may also be used for the payment of Ocean Reward® subscription fees. The Member Card may only be used for Transactions made in US dollars only. Except where required by law, the Member Card is not redeemable for cash. This Member Card is not transferable. The Member Card may not be used for unlawful purposes. Eligible goods and services include participating Carnival Corporation Brand cruise purchases, and Ocean Reward® subscription fees. Eligible purchase payments can only be processed through Carnival Corporation Brands or Ocean Rewards®. THIS MEMBER CARD HAS AN INACTIVITY FEE AND A REISSUANCE FEE. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THE MEMBER CARD REMAINS INACTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF 12 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, A $2.95 MONTHLY FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 13TH MONTH AND EACH MONTH THEREAFTER THAT THE MEMBER CARD REMAINS INACTIVE. EXCEPT WHERE PROBHIBITED BY LAW, A MEMBER CARD REISSUANCE FEE OF $5.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO ISSUE A REPLACEMENT CARD FOR A LOST OR STOLEN MEMBER CARD.
